1. Scope and roles
This Privacy Policy explains how Agency Dash Pro ("Agency Dash Pro," "we," "us," or "our") processes personal information through agencydashpro.com, the Agency Dash Pro workspace, and connected reporting services (collectively, the "Service").
When an agency or business uses the Service to connect a HighLevel account and create reporting for its clients, that customer generally decides why and how customer CRM information is used. In that context, the customer is the controller or business and Agency Dash Pro acts as its service provider or processor. For our own website, workspace, security, and account administration activities, Agency Dash Pro acts as the controller or business.
2. Information we process
We may process account and organization details, authentication identifiers, business contact details, billing and subscription records, support communications, device and usage information, and security logs.
For an authorized HighLevel connection, we may process location and account metadata, tags, contacts, opportunities, calendar and appointment information, conversation and message metadata, user references, reporting aggregates, and the limited recent drilldown data needed to render the selected dashboard. We do not use connected CRM information to create unrelated advertising profiles or to sell personal information.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the Service; authenticate users; create and render dashboard snapshots; maintain account connections; respond to support requests; administer plans and billing; prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and improve the reliability and usability of the Service.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with a customer, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, or rely on consent where consent is required.
4. Sources and disclosures
We receive information directly from users and customers, from authorized HighLevel connections, from authentication and payment providers, and automatically from use of the Service. We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete a corporate transaction, or with the customer's direction.
Service providers may include Cloudflare for delivery and application infrastructure, Clerk for authentication and organization management, and HighLevel as the customer-directed CRM platform. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-processing commitments. We may also use payment providers, professional advisers, and other providers that are necessary to run the Service.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal and operational obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Active source credentials and reporting snapshots are retained while a connected account remains active. When an authorized source manager disconnects an account, the Service is designed to invalidate the embed and remove the associated credential, reporting snapshot, source settings, and related sync state.
Retention periods may vary by record type. For example, security and audit information may be retained for a limited period to investigate misuse and protect the Service. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where permitted by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Agency Dash Pro encrypts connected PIT and OAuth credentials before storage, uses organization-scoped access controls, and serves public dashboard embeds from prepared snapshots rather than exposing provider credentials in the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about our processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. If you use the Service through an agency or employer, contact that organization first for requests about CRM information it controls.
To make a privacy request, contact privacy@agencydashpro.com. We may need to verify your request and may ask for information necessary to do so. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data protection authority.
9. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than the one in which it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual commitments or other lawful transfer mechanisms. Customers may request additional information about relevant safeguards at the contact address below.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. When changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by another appropriate method. The "Last updated" date indicates when this Policy was last revised.
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact privacy@agencydashpro.com. Do not send passwords, API tokens, client secrets, full CRM exports, or other credentials by email.
